System Administration is a service that covers many aspects. We can monitor your network, on a weekly, monthly or quarterly bases to increase reliability and reduce down-time. We can handle in-house network security through delegation of permissions and passwords, or leave this up to the on-site IT staff.

Computer Network Troubleshooting

Computer Network Troubleshooting is the function of our technicians coming on site to address some problem that a network may be having. Maybe there has been a large Virus problem, tape back-up drive problem, server crash, firewall issues, or unexplained issues.

Our technicians will come on site to assess the problem, present a quote, and perform necessary services to correct said problem.

We will also offer tips and suggestions of how to avoid such problems in the future.
